We do not have any minimum contract periods. Having said that, we trust that you are just as serious about your business as we are at looking at enhancing your business in the long-term. As with all recruitment, it takes commitment, energy and time from both you and us to make it a rewarding relationship.

GENERAL: What if I’m having trouble communicating with staff?

A.

When we hire staff, our Australian management is involved in the recruitment process so the chances of a staff not understanding you are slim. Understandably, there might be times when there are cultural or communication/lingo differences. In such scenarios, feel free to approach your customer service rep to get assistance.

GENERAL: Is there a trial period per dedicated candidate?

A.

Yes, you can trial a candidate for our dedicated part-time or full-time hiring options with our prepaid 10 hour option.

GENERAL: Is it fact or fiction that you spend upwards of $3000 recruiting candidates?

A.

It is a fact. Not to worry. We cover all such upfront costs such as networking, job advertising costs, pre-screening, testing, qualifying and interviewing candidates. Our ongoing fees cover the staff management tools and facilities we provide such as office, computing and internet infrastructure, our communication platform, , payroll processing, staff compliance, local area legislation compliance and more. When you consider the costs, time and resources required for the above, I'm sure you'll agree that our ongoing hiring costs to you are extremely affordable and worth it considering you don't have to outlay such an investment.

GENERAL: How long does the hiring process take?

A.

This would depend on the type of role and requirements you have. If it matches our available staff on hand then it could be immediate. If not, it could take anywhere between 5 to 14 days.

SEAT LEASING: Can my staff use Microsoft office?

A.

We can certainly install the trial version of Microsoft office. After this we will install Openoffice that is a complimentary productivity suite. All these will be at no added cost to you. On a side note, we do strongly suggest you have corporate Google suite so you can easily access office features (such as word, excel and powerpoint) and increase you productivity levels.

SEAT LEASING: What about power interuption?

A.

This is a valid question considering power outage issues especially in developing countries though you have nothing to worry about as we are located in modern corporate buildings with backup generator.

SEAT LEASING: What are the payment terms?

A.

We require 1 month's upfront payment.

SEAT LEASING: Is the work station shared?

A.

Yes, the work station is co-shared only beyond the set shifts that you ordered. You files are secure as any other co-sharer will be using a different user/password.

SEAT LEASING: What are the operational hours?

A.

Our standard operational hours are between Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on Australian National Holidays (Victoria). However, if you are seat leasing more than 10 work stations, we are happy to open the relevant section of the offices beyond our standard hours at additional cost.

GENERAL: How long do you take to reply to my enquiry?

A.

For a fixed cost project, you will be assigned a project co-ordinator who is the link between you and the development/design team. For hourly, part-time or full-time hiring, you can directly communicate with the designer/developer assigned to your project. You can communicate via Vaxtra's project portal or Skype.

GENERAL: How can I make payment?

A.

You can make payment via Paypal, credit card or bank transfer.

WEB DEVELOPMENT: Who will provide the images for the website you build for me?

A.

When we build a website for you, we may supply a few complimentary stock images. Beyond the complimentary images included in your package, you have to supply the rest of the images required for the website. If you are unable to provide the content, then you can purchase more stock images for your website.

GENERAL: What is a fixed cost project?

A.

At Vaxtra, other than hourly, part-time and full-time hiring, we also offer one-off fixed cost project. “Fixed Cost” project has “Fixed” parameters, i.e., “Fixed Scope of Work”, “Fixed Schedule” and “Fixed Cost”. As long as the first 2 parameters remain unchanged, there will be no change in the cost of the project. If the 1st parameter changes then the next 2 gets effected.

We have put in place policies and systems with our staff to take care of your intellectual proprietary rights.

WEB DEVELOPMENT: Who will provide content for the website you build for my business?

A.

When we build a website for you, you have to supply the content required for the website. If you are unable to provide the content, then you can hire our virtual assistant resource to produce quality content for your website.

We provide a range of resources namely, web design and development, graphic design, virtual assistant services hourly hiring, part-time hiring or full-time hiring. In addition we also offer fixed projects and seat leasing.

A simple 5 page website can be delivered within 1-2 weeks whereas an ecommerce business website can be delivered within 3-4 weeks from your design approval sign-off. Please note that any changes you make can delay the timeline.

Vaxtra's hourly hiring with a minimum purchase of 10 hours allows you to pay as you go for our graphic design, web support or virtual assistant services. This is a also great way for you to test our services (we do not offer free trials).

Project based work is quoted and mutually agreed before the proposal sign-off. There will only be increase in costs if additional work or changes that vary from the proposal are made. However, we will always give you a quote for your approval before proceeding with such work.
